Includes removing the hair 4 finger widths outside of the bikini line and 2 fingers widths in from the pubic area that would be visible while wearing a bathing suit.

It's generally safe to get a bikini wax while on your period, but it may be more uncomfortable due to increased sensitivity. We recommend scheduling your wax appointment 5-7 days before or after your cycle to avoid sensitivity. If you must be waxed during your menstrual cycle, we kindly ask that you wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup for the duration of your service.

It's recommended to avoid shaving or trimming for at least 2-3 weeks prior to your appointment to ensure that hair is long enough to be waxed. The hair should be 1/4 inch or the length of a sprinkle in order for the wax to adhere to it. You should also exfoliate the area 48 hours before your appointment and avoid applying any lotions or oils on the day of your waxing. Additionally, it's recommended to take a shower before the appointment to clean the area and avoid any potential infections.
